Hi all – I just wanted to make a quick plug for Liberty Local, an indie craft fair coming up at the Ann Arbor Art Center that promises to be SUPER COOL (yes, that’s all-caps cool, people). Come on by the A2 Art Center on Saturday Oct. 8 and Sunday Oct. 9 to check out 33 awesome art & craft vendors.
Find fun stuff like quirky shadow puppets, crazy-awesome origami creations, robot attire, smelly stuff, tons of artsy jewelry, textile & crochet goodies, paintings, art prints, photography, and it seems like there’s something else I’m forgetting… oh yeah – mosaics! Don’t forget to come and find me at the Mosaic Geek table. Please stop by and say hello!
There will also be food & drink for sale at the Center from some of your favorite local restaurants – so come hungry. And if you have any suggestions in the meantime for mosaic creations you’d like to see at the show, it’s not too late to put a request in. See y’all soon. :-)
Looks like this was a wonderful event. Are you going t do a follow up on how it went? I recently started a blog on mosaic art. My son tells me I should start blogging to build an audience. If you have time you can give me a visit. I would love to here and comments on your mosaic ideas.
